Client Information: The client is a homeowner that was seeking to utilise the annex building as a place for their mother to live. The client's preferences include contemporary design elements, sustainable features, and maximizing natural light and ventilation.
Design Objectives:
Functional Layout: Create a logical and efficient layout that maximises the utilisation of space while providing a seamless flow between the living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom.
Aesthetics: Develop a modern and visually appealing design that complements the design language of the main residence, using a combination of clean lines, neutral color palettes, and selective use of accent materials.
